Headway Adult Development Program
Provides a Community Access Program for adults with an acquired brain injury. Individual acccess plans for participants residing within the catchment area. Group based programs available to all Sydney residents, providing they can travel independently to Headway Adult Dervelopment Program. Also offers community education program and Carer Support Program.
