Coping with Christmas Focusses on coping with Christmas stress. Addresses the potential stressors, issues for a person with dual diagnosis and coping strategies. Hunter
Stress Management Workshop Focusses on factors of stress, symptoms and sources of stress, awareness and coping strategies to assist carers. The workshop addresses particular values, beliefs and self-perceptions which may create or reduce stress. Hunter. Other areas on request.
