Aims to promote mental health and well being of carers; to provide the opportunity for peer support and friendship, personal growth, learning and education; to develop resilience and sustainability and to inspire others. Aims to provide information and new ideas and to develop coping skills and increasing confidence to deal with challenges, and to increase knowledge of support systems. Provides some social events which include comsumers.
