How donations can help
A donation to ARAFMI will enable us to increase our capacity to deliver valuable services to carers across NSW. Enhancing our ability to among other things facilitate workshops, training programs and directly advocate for carers. Since it's inception ARAFMI has been dependant upon the support of the community through their generous donations and in kind gestures such as volunteering. If you are in a position to help ARAFMI help those carers in need, please join those who have helped us in the past and assist us in any way you can.
To see first hand how your gift can help us, read more about ARAFMI, and browse our carer support support page. Alternatively, you can contact us for more information.

Leaving a bequest
Aided by the generosity of bequestors, ARAFMI now provides state-wide services using a strong network of volunteers with significant knowledge and understanding of the issues faced by carers and families. A key focus for ARAFMI is the provision of support networks to break down isolation often experienced by carers.
Being named a beneficiary in people's wills is an important part of ARAFMI fundraising and will provide us with income to increase ways in which we are able to help carers of the mentally ill by providing them with hope, understanding as well as independence.
