There is definitely so much that you can get from this annual report. You should be very happy with the information being passed on here. Dieta dukana. Keep up the good work.

Achieving and maintaining health is an ongoing process, shaped by both the evolution of health care knowledge and practices as well as personal strategies and organized interventions for staying healthy. Thanks.

Will you be publishing the latest annual report this month?  Will you be posting it here?  I agree with Annie that I would love to see how many people who were helped back into a normal lifestyle.  That would be awesome.  Do you track their employment or ability to get permanent or short term medical insurance once they are "well"?  I am just curious of the statistics.  Carers work so hard for their loved ones.  We all would love to see the positives that are happening from our hard work.

Annie, that is a great suggestion. I would love to see that information in the next annual report. Will it be published this month? Also, do you provide any type of conference call or training for carers? I think we could benefit from hearing some positives that have been seen over a years time. Also we could benefit from a home based training, pep talk, whatever you want to call it. Thanks!

Thanks for the article and .pdf sharing, I enjoyed and bookmarked.

Hi Annie,

thanks for your comments. We currently have our accounts with our auditoirs for the 2010 - 2011 audit and financial report. As a result we are currently compiling our Annual Report to members for 2010/11.

I note your comments in relation to "the number of people whom we have helped" and will look into putting some time of figures into our report. Given te nature of support we offer I am noty sure that we can give a figure as you have described but I'm sure we will be able to have some idea about ther number of contacts we have received via the Information & Support line, contacts via our webpage and the number of families and individuals who have had contact with our branches and regional office staff.

Thanks again for your idea Annie. We will do our best to incorporate your ideas.

Kind regards

Thanks for publishing the annual report to the public. It would bring in more transparency and would also help to know how many people we have helped. I have downloaded the report, I would like to make a suggestion for the next report. It would be great if you could add the number of people whom we have helped to get back into normal life, without having to hold the bed rails to get up, and are now living peacefully.

I'm sure that would be an inspirational factor that needs to be done.
Regards
Annie
